I remember when the song The Dance
came out with its message that we can
avoid pain in life but then we miss
The Dance. I have seen this over & over
in my 60 years. I could have missed the
pain of Mr. Bubbles death if I had never
rescued him in the first place -- but I
would have missed 12 beautiful years
with him. That's just one example. You
surely have your examples.

Life is majestic. Incredible. The harmony of
how it all works is awesome. There is love
and pain and beauty. All this composes our
life every day. I love this quote by an
author whom I have read extensively and
I hope you love it too!
xoxo Amy
You must understand the whole of life,
not just one little part of it. That is why
you must read, that is why you must
look at the skies, that is why you must
sing and dance, and write poems and
suffer and understand, for all that is life.

Along with pink roses, kittens and God's abundance, ballerinas are certainly one of the most beautiful gifts our eyes can behold. ~ Amy Arnaz
The Nutcracker came and went but the magic lingers. Thank you girls.

Guess what Mom? Haley is learning to sew! She's taking sewing & design classes and is SO happy. Desiree is traveling America for Tigi as one of their instructors. All good news Mom. Miss you...
Wish you would have lived longer so you could see your beautiful granddaughters all grown up.

So nice to see that the babies finally have a prominent name attached to their plight. Please click the link (above) to view a page from the orphanage and at the bottom of the page is a link to a wonderful video Kristin made at the orphanage.

Built in 1933 during the construction of Hoover Dam, the Hotel is the heartbeat of our town. It houses the Boulder Dam Museum, a variety of quaint shops and 28 guest rooms. Will Rogers, Shirley Temple and several Presidents have slept here. You'll love it too.
Grow old with me! The best is yet to be.
