Hi Mom...
No one will read this post because I have not been here since September 2012. I want to leave a post for my little Mother whom I hope has figured out how to read my blog from Heaven.
Whilst in the hospital in January for a new knee Mom, I had a seizure that revealed a tumor growing right on top of my brain. Now I'm going thru 30 radiation + chemo pills M-F to shrink the tumor. I'm bald, puffy, semi-negative, always hungry and craving chocolate & meat. Desi & Haley have been REMARKABLE in their caregiving to me. I love them so much. Lisa prepared a pot roast yesterday which Haley then baked and brought over. I slipped and said it was a little dry in front of Haley and that hurt her feelings. I apologized and all is well. Gosh... I would love one of your apple pies right now with some melty vanilla ice cream on top. I miss you so much but at the same time am glad you can't see me looking like this... or maybe you can? Not sure. I would post a photo of my puffy, prickly face but would faint if one of my dancers stumbled upon this post and could see what "Miss Amy" looks like! Good grief.
Love & miss you so, so, so much. Funny, I'm 61 and miss my Mommy.
xoxo Amy
So nice to see that the babies finally have a prominent name attached to their plight. Please click the link (above) to view a page from the orphanage and at the bottom of the page is a link to a wonderful video Kristin made at the orphanage.

Sammy loved kittens, tutus & ballerinas. But mostly he loved us. He died a peaceful death as an old man and left us with broken hearts.
Baby Bear died a peaceful death just before Christmas 2009. He was almost 17. Bear was a warrior. A brilliant feline. A blessing to our lives.

Along with pink roses, kittens and God's abundance, ballerinas are certainly one of the most beautiful gifts our eyes can behold. ~ Amy Arnaz

"I’m very fond of men. I think they are wonderful creatures. I love them dearly. But I don’t want to look like one. When women gave up their long skirts, they made a grave error…" ~Tasha Tudor
Hi Mom! I hope you have somehow figured out how to read my blog. I have a new, bionic knee that should last till I'm 80. Wish you were here so we could share everything with you. Miss you lots....
Wish you would have lived longer so you could see your beautiful granddaughters all grown up.
